Good location, not a great place.

Ok so rooms are shabby, the blankets have massive holes, and wall paper is coming off in chunks, but was livable if you wanna pay hotel prices for a youth hostel. The staff - well there walkie talkies on max volume and you can here everything - almost no one on my floor and you could hear staff yelling and singing, talking on there phones at all hrs. WiFi worked in 5 min intervals - that’s it 5 min. Good news there are 3 routers on every floor so you had to log into a different one every 5 min. You only get so many log ins then it says NO MORE SESSIONS AVAILABLE even though I’m checked in another 24 hrs. Amazing location that part was great. For an extra 500$ baht go to the Herman and enjoy a nice hotel.

I stayed 2 times before .. Very nice hotel .. good location .. room excellent .. staff very helpful .. good price .. everything .. what you need just walking .. I love this place .. I will be there again this month ..thanks 🙏 kap kun kap

Extremely rude staff, especially receptionist Jack. I’ve never met such rude receptionist! Asked to call to reserve a massage session for us, but they couldn’t. Asked to charge a power bank, they charged it a bit and then pulled it half charged from a draw. Couldn’t (or didn’t want) to provide any helpful information. Felt really uncomfortable walking pass the reception as Jack would give us a nasty look. With such attitude you shouldn’t work in hospitality! The room was nice, but the AC was in a wrong place - right in front the bed. It was also way to powerful. Also the temperature of shower was inconsistent - changing every minute from warm to cold. The swimming pool is located In another building and looks rather sad. The breakfast was fine though they try not to give you fruits which are part of the breakfast. The chairs and tables are slightly greasy. Don’t recommend staying in the hotel if you care about good service.

This is a new hotel with comfortable beds and nice interior design. Big bathroom with a separate shower and toilet. The drawback is that the A/C is very loud and the curtains do not fit snug to the window so the light will come straight on to your face. Please see photo submitted. This resulted in a copy of early mornings for us. Great made to order breakfast at the neighboring hotel with fantastic views of the bay.

Had a two night stay on the on a top floor with an ocean view, the location was great with easy walking distance to the beach, Walking Street, the Pattaya Night Market and just about anything you want or need. The room was very clean, very quiet (could not hear the street noise below) and very comfortable. When a heavy rain caused water to leak around the bathroom window they offered to move me with no hassle. The free breakfast is served acrossed the street at the sister hotel nothing special but filling and with many choices.
